CauliFlower fry /Gobi fry is one common recipe in my kitchen. It is very simple and easy to cook but tastes great. Indeed Gobi fry is a treat to veg lovers.
One more good thing about this Cauliflower is that it is not a seasonal vegetable hence we can enjoy it all around the year. Gobi fry is prepared by marinating the Gobi in a mixture of spices formed into a batter and deep frying the marinated Cauliflower in hot oil and Cauliflower fry is prepared in no time.

Curry Leaves is always a part of daily cooking in Indian kitchen but most of us will not be using it as a main ingredient and we tend to discard it in our food. I saw this recipe in chef vekatesh bhat’s cookery show .From that day onwards I always wanted to try to this recipe and did it finally. This kuzhambu is packed with tons of flavour .It has curry leaves and garlic both are perfect combination of flavour and health. Hi Guys, Painting is one of my hobbies. I have posted one of my paintings. It's a simple Landscape painting. I have used poster paints, a 040 and a 050 flat brush and a 025 and a 030 round brush. Painting with vibrant colors is my style. I generally prefer Landscape to other types. Painting Landscapes is a sort of meditation for me. When I'm down I used to think of a serene place in my mind, I try to recreate it. Sometimes I take inspiration from pictures or photographs and try to recreate it to a decent extent. I usually keep all my paintings to myself. This is the first time I'm posting something in public.

Fish Fry is a very common recipe found throughout India, more specifically in the coastal areas. Bitter gourd (pavakkai ) is one vegetable which most of us dislike due to its bitterness. However this vegetable has high medicinal values. It is given regularly to diabetes patients; doctors advise them to drink bitter gourd juice regularly. Bitter gourd puli kulambu is a tasty alternate to those wish to include bitter gourd in their food. I personally avoid bitter gourd but with these puli kulambu I will love it .The tamarind juice added to this kulambu reduces the bitterness. Always use fresh bitter gourd while preparing kulambu.

This is an eggless and butter less cake hence the cake can be consumed by all age groups. Believe me everyone who bakes this cake will definitely fall in love with this cake and will definitely bake it the next time too. I baked this cake for my office potluck and it was a big hit in office. Everybody asked me for the recipe and asked me to bake it again for them .Proud moment indeed J
