Lassi is a traditional Punjabi drink which is prepared by the mix of yogurt and spices and sometime fruits also. Lassi is a much needed coolant for this hot summer. Mango plus lassi is a perfect combo. I am on my Mango Marathon Day 4 today..

Mango Lassi recipe
Recipe Cuisine: Indian| Recipe Category: Beverages
Prep Time: 5 mins | Makes – 1 big cup
Mango Puree – ½ cup
Yogurt – ¼ cup
Water – 1/8 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Ice Cubes – 3-4
1) In a blender add in the chopped mango pieces, Yogurt, Water, and Sugar.
2) If you are willing to add ice cubes add ice cubes also, blend everything to a fine puree. Your Mango lassi is ready. Pour in your serving glass and serve immediately. Top it with your favorite toppings.
