Summer is at its peak now .We all love to have juices and ice creams more in this season. It is very important to drink lot of water in this season to keep the body hydrated.. However it’s healthier to have the fruits as such instead of juices as we add sugar in juices .Hence to keep our juices more healthy always try avoid adding sugar in juices .Instead add honey

Watermelon juice recipe

- In a blender add in the chopped water Melon pieces and sugar if required.
- Blend it well until it gets the juice consistency.
- Strain it using a strainer and squeeze out the excess juice.
- Pour it in a serving glass add in ice cubes and serve immediately.
- You can skip adding sugar as the water melon itself is sweet.
- Instead of sugar you can also honey.
- No need to add water in water melon juice as watermelon itself has lot of water content.
