Liver is rich in protein .It is very good for health specially kids. Though I am not a great fan of liver I use to cook it for hubby and family.

Mutton Liver – ¼ kg
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 2 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt as needed
Coconut Oil – 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 2 springs
1. In a pan add in the oil once it heats up add in the cleaned mutton liver. Fry for about 3 mins it will slightly change in colour.
2. Add in Ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder and cook till the raw smell leaves .Now that the liver will start leaving water .to this add in Pepper powder.. Mix well and cover cook in medium flame for about 10 mins and then open the lid and mix well. Add in curry Leaves.
- Don’t overcook the liver as it might become rubbery.
- Tastes best as a starter .
