Chicken Kebab is sure a crowd pleaser. It is a very popular food on any restaurant menu.
The same recipe can be made using a barbeque, but today I am sharing the version in the oven as many may not be able to do barbeque in cities.
Alternatively, chicken can be fried but kabab is way better than that as it uses less oil and we can enjoy the juicy chicken guilt free.

Make sure the yogurt is really thick and not watery. You can use add greek yogurt or hung curd.
Along with the yogurt, we add the basic Indian spices mix well, and bring it to a fine paste consistency without lumps. To this, we will add the chicken and Onion cubes and marinate them overnight.
