Double Baked Potato Recipe

Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as needed
Chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp
Kebab Masala a generous pinch
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Step by step pictorial representation:
1. Wash the potatoes really well, Chop them roughly into pieces. Prick them with a fork. .Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for about 10 mins and then in a baking tray lined with Parchment paper bake the potatoes for about 45 mins.After the first bake, take the baked potatoes in a bowl, Add in Salt, Pepper Powder, Kebab Masala and Chilli flakes and toss well.
