Cauliflower is one favourite vegie for all the Vegetarians. I have tried many stir fries so far but have never tried with Gobi, so for this BM when I selected the theme as Stir Fries I wanna try something which I have never attempted so far, So here is it Cauliflower Stir Fry/Poriyal.Now let’s get started.

Cauliflower /Gobi – 2 cups
Grated Coconut – ¼ cup
Salt as needed
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 2
Curry Leaves a spring
Step by step Method with pictures:
1. In a Kadai/Pan add in oil, once it heats up add in Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal let it splutter and then add in Curry Leaves and Green Chilli fry for a min and then add in the chopped onions. Sauté until glossy.Heat oil in a pan once it comes to a boil add in the chopped cauliflower and switch off the flame. Let it sit for 10 mins and then strain the cauliflower and keep it ready. To the sated onions in the pan add in Salt and Turmeric powder rand give a quick mix and then to this add in the strained Cauliflower.
