Chicken Keema Egg Burji

Minced Chicken \ Chicken Keema – 200 gm
Eggs – 2
Onion – 1
Green Chilli – 2
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt as needed
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – a spring
Step by step Method with pictures:
1. In a pan add in oil ,once it heats up add in Mustard seeds let it splutter and then add Urad Dal and Curry leaves fry till the urad dal turns golden brown and then add in Green Chilli and Onions.Sauté until the onions turn glossy, Now add in the minced chicken/Chicken keema. Give a quick stir.
