Chicken Keema comes handy when we
are craving for chicken dishes it gets cooked so fast and we don’t need to wait
so much time. Chicken keema egg burji pairs very well with Rice or any Indian
Flat bread. Now let’s get started.
I have prepared this recipe a
long back and it has been lying in my draft for more than a year, So thought of
posting as today ,As from tomorrow the Mega Blogging Marathon Starts and I am

Ingredients
Minced Chicken \ Chicken Keema – 200 gm
Eggs – 2
Onion – 1
Green Chilli – 2
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt as needed
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – a spring

Step by step Method with pictures:
1. In a pan add in oil ,once it
heats up add in Mustard seeds let it splutter and then add Urad Dal and Curry
leaves fry till the urad dal turns golden brown and then add in Green Chilli
and Onions.
2. Sauté until the onions turn glossy,
Now add in the minced chicken/Chicken keema. Give a quick stir.
Delicious. Feel like having with rasam rice now :)
