All-purpose flour – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar – ½ cup
Unsalted butter – ½ cup
Semolina /Sooji - 1 tbsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

1. In a mixing bowl add in soft unsalted butter and powdered sugar. Cream together using an electric beater or stand mixer until they are well blended.To this next add in All-purpose flour, Baking soda, Semolina, Cardamom powder.
