Grilled Vegetables are a very good option when compared to deep frying the veggies .Though there is a very less compromise in taste we get the happiness of having a healthy food and no need to count on the calories. So in BM when I saw vegetarian grilling as one of the theme. I made sure I selected it J so here goes the first one.

Prep Time: 20 mins | Bake Time : 20 mins | Serves: 4 |Author :Sharmila Ingredients
Tindora | Ivy Gourd – ¼ kg Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Yogurt -1 tbsp
Salt as needed
Method :
1. Slice the tindora lengthwise. Add in Red Chilli powder and Salt over the sliced tindora .Toss well such that the spice powders coat evenly over the entire tindora.
2. Now add in the Yogurt and toss well once again. Allow it to rest for 15 mins. Line a baking tray with foil.
3. Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for 10 mins and then in grill mode bake at 200 Deg C for 20 mins. Every 7 mins turn the tindora in alternate sides and continue grilling. Serve hot as a starter as a side dish with Lunch.
Notes:
· You can also use a tsp of olive oil and brush it over the tindora before grilling.
· Can be served as a side dish or as a snack.
