2.Add the cauliflower florets in a food processor and mince it. Heat a pressure cooker with oil add Mustard Seeds, Fennel seeds, Bay leaves, Cinnamon stick and then add in the curry leaves fry for few secs.
3.Then add in finely chopped onions and green chili. Cook till glossy and then add in ginger garlic paste cook till the raw smell leaves.
4.Add the tomatoes and cook till they are mashed well. Now add in the Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric powder, and the required Salt. Mix well.
5.Now add in the minced cauliflower and mix well. Add 2 tbsp of water check for the salt and spice and close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook in a medium flame for 2 whistles. Wait till the pressure is released naturally and then open the cooker. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Cauliflower Kheema | Cauliflower Kheema in Pressure Cooker
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Equipment
- Pressure Cooker
Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 medium sized sized
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
- Bay Leaves – 1
- Cinnamon stick – 1 inch piece
- Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp
- Curry Leaves – 1 spring
- Onion – 1 big
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Green Chilli – 2
- Tomato – 2
- Chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt as needed
Instructions
- Bring water to boil in a saucepan and switch off the flame. Add in the chopped Cauliflower florets and immerse for 5 mins to remove the small worms and dirt. Drain the water and set aside.
