Really tough to convince my daughter to eat a salad. And one fine day with all the handy ingredients I involved my daughter while preparing this salad. She enjoyed the whole process and hence she ate them too, as she proudly told everyone that she prepared it.
So this Blogging Marathon’s theme being Kids Delight summer salad, I felt this is perfect. Now lets see how to prepare Chick peas capsicum salad.

Smart mom hmmm. I too do the same thing to make my daughter eat something she doesn't like otherwise. By involving her in kitchen as my assistant, she gets pampered and even ask her brother to eat
