Christmas Sugar Cookies

- Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cups
- Icing Sugar – ⅓ cup
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Butter – ⅓ cup
- Milk – 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp

- In a mixing bowl add in the soft unsalted butter, to this add in icing sugar. Cream together till they blend well. I used my electric beater to cream in the butter and sugar.

Keeps good for 1 week.
Make sure you refrigerate the cookies and then bake else it might spread.
Instead of refrigerating the cookies and then cutting them into shapes, you can also cut the cookies and then refrigerate them.
Maida can be used as well. But I used wheat flour as I'm giving it to my kids.
