Eggless Chocolate Brownies is pure chocolate heaven. Making brownies is always a fun task for me in the home. However, this is the first time I am trying Eggless brownies and it turned out brilliant. I absolutely love it. I have been searching for various recipes of eggless brownies finally I found this recipe absolutely perfect and I tried it and got the expected result. Now let’s get started.
2. Mix the dry ingredients together to form a homogeneous mixture. Now along with the Melted butter add in the Yogurt and Vanilla essence.
3. Whisk everything together evenly, the mixture may look curdled a little but that is absolutely ok. Slowly fold together the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together till they are mixed evenly without any lumps.
4. Now add in the chocolate chips and mix everything together. Prepare a baking pan and line it with Parchment paper.
5. Pour the brownie batter in the prepared baking pan. Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for about 10 mins and then bake the brownies for in 180 Deg c for about 30 mins or a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.

Eggless Chocolate Brownies
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour /Maida – ¾ cup
- Unsalted Butter – ½ cup
- Powdered sugar – 1 cup
- Chocolate Chips – ½ cup
- Cocoa powder – ⅓ cup
- Baking powder – 2 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Yogurt – ½ cup + 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 ½ tbsp
Instructions
- In a saucepan start melting the butter and once it is melted set aside. In a mixing bowl sift together all-purpose flour, Sugar, Salt, Baking powder, and Cocoa powder together.
- Mix the dry ingredients together to form a homogeneous mixture. Now along with the Melted butter add in the Yogurt and Vanilla essence.

Notes
Brownies can be served with Ice cream. Both go well together.
