As we all know fishes are a very
good source of Vitamins and essential fatty acids. It is advisable to consume
fish once in a week at least. Pomfret Fish are way healthy and delicious .I
usually don’t add Fried Gram Dal in fish fry ,but when I happened to see this
space I liked the way it has come, So I gave a try it turned out to be perfect
and delicious!! Now let’s get started.

Step by step Method with pictures:
1. Clean the fish, Wash well and
make slashes in the fish and set aside. Grind all the ingredients mentioned
under the To grind table to a fine paste.2. Apply the ground masala over the fish and make sure it is evenly applied throughout the fish. Let the fish marinate for 2 hours .After margination heat a tawa with oil for shallow frying.
Tastes good with Just Rasam and
Steamed Rice.
Serve hot with a dash of Lemon
juice .

DeleteI often stop myself from frying fish - considering that curry is more healthier. But fried fish is fried fish at the end of the day - I give into temptation:) I have never tried gram dal in it - I am sure it tastes fab.
