Gratin or au Gratin is a delicious pudding from France. Usually gratin is cooked in a shallow oven proofed dish and served along with Garlic bread sticks. If you have white sauce ready then chop in all the veggies and prepare gratin. Kids will love this as it has loads of cheese and we can give all the veggies to the kids.
