Step by step Method with pictures:
1. Take the whole wheat flour in a bowl ,to this add in salt and mix roughly.
2. Now add water little by little and bring the entire flour to the dosa batter consistency. The Batter should be watery than the noraml idli dosa batter.
3 3. Heat the tawa in stove and smear in oil, once it is hot enough pour a ladle full of batter and spread it to form a dosa. Drizzle oil over the edges and cook till it is done on one slip .Flip and cook on the other side also. Serve hot with Chutney and Sambar.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour / Atta – 1 cup
- Water as needed
- Salt as needed
- Oil / Ghee as needed
Instructions
- Take the whole wheat flour in a bowl ,to this add in salt and mix roughly with fingers
- Now add water little by little and bring the entire flour to the dosa batter consistency. The Batter should be watery than the noraml idli dosa batter.
- Heat the tawa in stove and smear in oil, once it is hot enough pour a ladle full of batter and spread it to form a dosa.
- Drizzle oil over the edges and cook till it is done on one slip .Flip and cook on the other side also. Serve hot with Chutney and Sambar.
Notes
· Serve hot with Sambar and Chutney.
· You can also add chopped onions to the batter.
· The consistency of the batter should be slightly thinner than the normal idli dosa batter. · Make sure there is no lumps while preparing the batter.
