That is a very interesting pulao with bread. I've seen bread as a topping for rice dishes but never as one of the main ingredients. Pulao looks great and I'm sure it tasted amazing with the crunchy bread pieces.

Excellent bread Pulao ! I have used fried bread pieces in Kabuli Pulao , other than that I have never made any other pulao with these pieces . I am trying to absorb the flavours and I bet they would be awesome .

Its been ages since I ate deep fried bread cubes in fried rice/biriyani. It used to be my favorite and I would literally finish up all the bread cubes. I am so craving for this right now. That is a beautiful recipe and thanks for bringing back memories from growing up.

Your rice is such an easy and delicious choice for lunch boxes. I have never come across sauteed bread cubes being used as the main ingredient for lunch boxes but I guess bread croutons make a great substitute too.
