Nungu Milk Popsicles Recipe

Milk – 2 cups
Cardamom pods – 3
Sugar – 4 tbsp
    Method:Â
   1.   Peel the skin from the Ice Apple and chop them into small pieces.
   2.   In a blender add in the Sugar Cardamom pods and 2 tbsp Chopped Ice apple and blend them to a fine puree.
   3.   Add this to boiled and chilled milk. Add the remaining ice apple and allow it to sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4.   Next add the Ice apple milk into the Popsicle mould and allow it to sit in fridge overnight or 8 hours.
   5.   Remove from the fridge and show them in running tap water to remove the mould and serve the popsicles immediately.
    Notes:
   ·      Serve immediately after de-moulding.
   ·      Yummy summer dessert.
