2.In a mixing bowl add in the blended chicken along with cooked and mashed potato and the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chilli, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Also add in the garam Masala and the required Salt.

Chicken Poppers
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- Chicken – 250 gms
- Potato – 2
- Onion – 1
- Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves 1 spring
- Green Chilli – 1
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt as needed
- Egg – 1
- Pankco Breadcrumbs – ½ cup
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Heat a pan with water once it starts boiling add in the chicken along with turmeric powder and little salt. Cook till the chicken is completely done. Allow it to cool down. Shred the chicken pieces and then run it through a blender and set aside.

Notes
- Makes a yummy snack or a great appetizer.
- I used Panko bread crumbs for the crispy texture, however ordinary breadcrumbs can also be used.
- You can freeze the balls and deep fry whenever needed.
- Serve hot with some tomato ketchup
