Peanut Raw Mango Salad Recipe | Homemade Simple Peanut Salad. Salads are always a healthy food, We have the liberty to add all the favorites and make a salad. So showing today a yummy salad made with peanuts and raw mango.
Peanut Raw Mango Salad is a crunchy and yummy salad with peanuts ,raw mango. It makes a whole meal for dinner if you are on a diet. I prepared this salad for my friends when we had a get together at one of their houses.

How to Prepare Peanut Mango Salad
1. In a Mixing bowl add in the Roasted Peanuts, Raw Mango ,capsicum.
2. Next add in the chopped tomato, Onion.
3. Next add in the finely chopped green chill. Shake well and then mix well. Next, add in the chaat masala and black salt. Finally while serving add in the lemon juice and serve.
Serve as a snack or dinner.

Peanut Raw Mango Salad
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- 1 cup Roasted Peanuts
- ½ cup Raw Mango grated
- 2 tbsp Capsicum
- ¼ cup Tomato chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 Lemon
- ½ tsp Chaat Masala optional
- Black Salt as needed
Instructions
- In a Mixing bowl add in the Roasted Peanuts, Raw Mango ,capsicum.
- Next add in the chopped tomato, Onion.
- Next add in the finely chopped green chill. Shake well and then mix well. Next add in the chaat masala and black Salt. Finaly while serving add in the lemon juice and serve.
Notes
- Serve immediately after preparing.
- Or you can add the chaat masala, black salt and lemon juice just before serving.
- Can also add sweet corn or pomegranate along with the salad.
