Raspberry Muffins is a super yummy breakfast muffin made with dried raspberries. It is quick and perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Fresh berries are not usually available in India so I always wanted to prepare muffins with some dried berries and finally saved the best for the last. This is one yummy muffin and perfect for a kid's snack box

How to prepare dried Raspberry Muffins
2.Mix everything together so that the flour mixture resembles crumbs. Next add in the Egg and Yogurt.
3.Finally add in the Vanilla Extract and then fold together and then add in the Dried raspberry and then fold the batter once again. Line a muffin tray with liners. Fill the muffin liners to ¾ th with the prepared batter.
4.Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for about 10 mins. And then bake at 180 Deg c for about 20 to 25 mins until its baked fully or a toothpick when inserted comes out clean.

- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp Baking powder
- Salt a pinch
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Butter
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Dried Raspberry
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add in the all-purpose flour, To this add in the baking powder, Salt. Next, add in the Sugar and then add in the Butter.

Notes
The same recipe can be used with dried cranberry, blueberry or any berries as you wish.
