2.Soak the Basmati Rice for 30 mins. Heat a Vessel with Ghee once it’s hot add in the Fennel Seeds, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon stick, Star Anise. Next, add in the sliced onions and green chilli and saute till glossy
3.Next, add in the chopped capsicum and saute for a min and then add in the ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell leaves. Next, add in the soaked Basmati Rice. Fry for 2 mins
4.Add in the measured water and mix well. Add in Salt and Lemon Juice and mix well.
5.Keep the flame in high and close the cooker but without the whistle. wait till the stream comes out rigorously, Once the steam comes excessively put on the whistle and cook for 3 mins exactly and switch off the stove. Let the pressure gets released on its own and then open the cooker and fluff the rice. Then add in the Butter tossed Paneer Cubes and keep the cooker closed for another 10 mins and then serve.

Capsicum Paneer Pulao
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Paneer – 200 gms
- Ghee/ Oil – 2 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
- Bay Leaves – 2
- Cinnamon stick – 1-inch piece
- Star Anise – 1
- Green Chilli - 3
- Basmati Rice – 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Capsicum – 1 cup
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Salt as needed
- Water – 2 cups
Instructions
- Heat a pan with butter and add in the cubed paneer roast till golden and set it aside.
