1.Soak almonds in water for an hour. Just before preparing the milkshake peel the skin of the almonds and chikoo and add to the blender.
2.Also add in Chilled Milk and Sugar or honey and blend well till you get a creamy milk shake. Serve immediately by topping it with ice cubes.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- Almonds – 4
- Chikoo / Sapota – 2
- Chilled Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar /Honey – 1 tbsp
- Ice Cubes – few optional
Instructions
- Soak almonds in water for an hour. Just before preparing the milkshake peel the skin of the almonds and chikoo and add to the blender.
- Also add in Chilled Milk and Sugar or honey and blend well till you get a creamy milk shake. Serve immediately by topping it with ice cubes.
Notes
- You can also garnish with nuts while serving.
- Adding rose essence to the milk shake gives a nice flavour.
- Skip adding ice cubes if you don’t prefer.
