Cinnamon Rolls Recipe | How to make Cinnamon Rolls with step by step pictures. Playing with yeasted dough is always a fun and the end results are just wow for me. Cinnamon Rolls is a classic and exotic bake and we can only see them in bakery according me till I started baking.
And the joy of making these rolls which we always fancied in our own kitchen is like no words to describe that feeling. The Pleasure is un explainable.
The pictures might not really do justice to the taste of the yummy buttery cinnamon rolls. I made a big of cinnamon rolls for this Christmas and it vanished in just 1 day and I got request to bake them again. I really felt proud of myself for baking this out of the world cinnamon rolls.
All thanks to bake e thon which made me to take some extra step to bake this goodness. One thing I should mention is that the entire house smelled like a cinnamon heaven during the bake. Do try this and feel the pleasure like me.

10. In a mixing bowl add in the Icing Sugar and Milk let it get a creamy consistency drizzle it generously over the baked rolls. Let it get dry and then serve.

Cinnamon Rolls
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Butter + ¼ cup for spreading on the cinnamon rolls
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Active DryYeast
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 cups All-purpose flour / Maida + as needed for dusting
For Cinnamon Sugar:
- 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ¼ tsp Sugar
For Icing:
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 3 tbsp Milk

Notes
- The baking time may vary so check after 20 mins.
- Keeps good for 2-3 days.
- Store in refrigerator after 1 day.
