It is a no-fail recipe as you don’t need to check for any consistency. Just follow the measurements and cook till the mixture gets thick and dry, you can then shape this yummy ladoos.

How to prepare Coconut Ladoo
1.In a pan add in the jaggery and water. Let it get dissolved completely. At this stage strain the Jaggery liquid to remove any impurities and set aside.
2.In a pan add in 2 tsp ghee, to this add in the freshly grated coconut and roast in a low flame. Till the moisture is completely gone.
3.Now add in Cardamom Powder, Salt and mix well and then add in the Strained Jaggery.
4.Mix evenly and add the remaining ghee now. Cook till the mixture becomes thick and leaves the sides of the pan.
5.When the mixture is of bearable heat grease your hands with ghee and shape to form ladoos. Coconut Jaggery Ladoo is now ready.
Serve this healthy ladoo as a dessert after meal.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- Freshly grated Coconut – 1 ½ cups
- Jaggery – ¾ cup
- Water – ¼ cup
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt a pinch optional
- Ghee - 3tsp
- Nuts to garnish

Notes
· Stays good upto a week.
· You can also use Palm Jaggery for the same recipe.
· If the ladoos does not hold the shape heat the coconut jaggery mixture for some more time.
