Eggless Cinnamon Rolls
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients
- 1½ cups Milk
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Active Instant Yeast
- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- Salt a pinch
For the Filling :
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Melted Butter
For Icing :
- ½ cup Icing Sugar- ½ cup
- 2 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- In a saucepan add in the milk and butter let it melt, to this add in the sugar and mix well. In another mixing bowl take the all-purpose flour And Salt and set aside.

- Roll the rectangle-shaped dough to form a log and then cut it into equal-sized pieces. Arrange the pieces in a baking tray leaving space for them to expand.

Keep good for 3 days. Store in refrigerator.
