Milk muffin is a common breakfast muffin that goes really well for the morning along with Milk and fruits.
Muffins are always liked by my daughter as it is mini and cute as well as she can hold the entire cake in her tiny hands. So this is a very common bake in my house. I just wonder why I have never posted Milk muffins so far. Now let’s get started.

2. To this add in Olive oil, Sugar, Vanilla essence and Vinegar .Mix well such that the sugar is dissolved fully.
3. Now slowly add in the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in batches and fold gently such that the batter is mixed well without any lumps. Line Muffin pan with liners.
4. Scoop in the muffin batter in the prepared muffin liner. Let it be ¾ th of the muffin liners. Preheat at 180 Deg C for about 10 mins and then bake at 180 Deg C for about 15-20 mins or till a tooth pick once inserted comes out clean. Allow it to cool completely and then store in air tight containers.

Milk Muffins | Vanilla Milk Muffins
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour – 1 ¼ cup
- Sugar – ¾ cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Baking soda – ¼ tsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Milk – 1 cup
- Olive oil or any oil – ⅓ cup
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add in all-purpose flour baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sieve it twice or thrice and then set it aside. In another mixing bowl take the milk.
- To this add in Olive oil, Sugar, Vanilla essence and Vinegar .Mix well such that the sugar is dissolved fully.
- Now slowly add in the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in batches and fold gently such that the batter is mixed well without any lumps. Line Muffin pan with liners.
