3. Dissolve the coffee powder in milk and set aside. Along with the all-purpose flour, add oil ,Vanilla essence and the coffee powder dissolved in milk.
4. Next add in the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients fold such that everything is mixed evenly. Finally add in the chocolate chips and fold once again.

Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for about 10 mins and then bake at 180 Deg C for about 25-30 mins or till a tooth pick when inserted comes out clean. Remove it from the oven and then allow it to cool completely and then slice.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients

- Curd/Yogurt – ⅛ cup
- Oil – ⅛ cup

- Chocolate Chips – 4 tbsp
- Coffee powder – 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
