Apple – 1 Mango – 1
Chilled Milk – ½ cup
Sugar/Honey – 1 tsp
    Method :
  1.Scoop the pulp from mango and add it to the blender .Also add in chopped apple cubes.
   2.Add in chilled milk and sugar or honey.
   3.Blend well to form a smooth puree and serve chilled.

   ·Makes a great breakfast option.
   ·It is very filling as it has both apple and mangoes.
